Tabular cut binding

Tabular bias binding is cut spirally out of tubular knitted fabrics. Strips are cut straight at a slight angle, spiralling around a knitted tube to produce continuous strips on an angle slightly less than 90 degrees out of all tubular knitted fabrics.
